All sales are final.
SoftPlay will NOT be issuing refunds. Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled. Due to the nature of our product, items cannot be returned once it has been opened. Be sure to enter your address correctly at checkout. Having an incomplete address WILL delay your order. We will NOT be held responsible for any lost packages due to customer entry. If in the event a package has to be shipped back to sender, your order will be canceled, and a store credit will be issued (shipping not included). Please contact your local post office for further assistance if your item has been marked delivered but not received. It is best to include a phone number or email address at checkout in case we have to contact you in regard to your order.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you believe you may have a defective product, please contact us via Chat Support to report the item as defective. Please be sure to include your name/ order number and allow up to 7 business days and we will issue you a reship at no cost. All products are under 30-day warranty.
